The hotel had exceptionally friendly staff who provided great service throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of high quality. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main bridges and close proximity to the Neva river.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage in the lobby before check-in. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I was impressed by the individual control of the AC and the deep bath provided. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the vibrant Akihabara area, but still peaceful in the evening. The staff also helped me with filling out the Takkubin/Yamato luggage transport slip.
